You may need to do barcode
inventory or ad hoc processing.
Currently is possible to export the last 1000 codes scanned to a
standard .csv file that you can read from Excel (tm)
or Open Office Calc. Also you can directly read and clear the history
from a web browser.
You just need to have your handset and computer on the same network (
lan ) , for instance yout home wifi network.
First , to get the connection url ( address ) , click on the 'Export'
tab
Connect with your favorite web browser at the given address
Click on 'getHtmTable' to get the html report
Click on 'getHtmCsvFile' to download a tabular text file that Excel
(tm) and Open Office Calc can read.
Note that you may specify the history length , to optimize
phone RAM usage.
Records that exceeds the limit and have the oldest date will be deleted.
On the fly ( advanced user feature )
Some people need to to add hoc
processing on items with a qrcode which does not exactly
match commercial solutions.
You can configure the scanner to post every code scanned to an url (
i.e. a web address ) of your choice.
Then you can deploy your web application on this address , which will
implement your ad hoc qr code processing.
You just write your server address in the 'post url' field , and enable
it wii the checkbox.
Uncheck in case you scan codes when no network is available, to avoid
the popup saying code could not be posted.
Data are exported as an http post , which currently supplies the
following values:
androidId
Smartphone unique identifier
content
Code payload
date
Scan time, expression in milliseconds since 1st jav 1970
GMT 0
format
Code format ( QR CODE ,BARCODE TYPE ...)
